Mobility for project titled TARİHİN SOFRALARI

From 31/01/2026 to 22/02/2026, nine students from Aydın, Türkiye, participated in work placement activities within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, gaining valuable professional experience in different restaurants in Trikala, Greece. The students, specializing as cooks, had the opportunity to develop their culinary skills in real working environments while also experiencing a new culture and strengthening their intercultural competences. The mobility was implemented under the project titled TARİHİN SOFRALARI (Project Number: 2025-1-TR01-KA122-VET-000335261), coordinated by Kadıköy Sultanabdülhamid Han Turizm Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi. This experience contributed significantly to the students’ personal and professional growth, promoting collaboration, cultural exchange, and excellence in vocational education.
