
Developmental Center of Thessaly
The Developmental Centre of Thessaly (AKETH–DCT), or Anaptyxiako Kentro Thessalias in Greek, is a nonprofit organization based in Trikala, Greece, founded in 2004. Accredited by the Greek National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), AKETH–DCT operates as a certified Vocational Education and Training provider. It has been recognized by the Greek State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) for excellence in VET project implementation, and its work in European programs has been featured as a Good Practice in several EU countries.
With 15+ years of experience in EU programs such as Erasmus+, COSME, Interreg, and Horizon Europe, AKETH–DCT addresses strategic priorities including:

The privately owned facilities of AKETH are 600 square meters, located near the city center and are accessible and functional for people with disabilities. There are four classrooms along with a specially designed computer lab, a library, a meeting room and office space for the needs of the AKETH departments.
