Head of EU Projects Directorate
Achilleas Kostoulas is the head of the EU projects Directorate of INEKA. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and three master degrees in different scientific fields . He has over 20 years of experience in EU projects and long term teaching experience in Universities, adult education and vocational training..
Gulsah Aksoy-Tzafolia
Project Manager
Gulsah Aksoy holds a degree in Geophysical Engineering and a master degree on Integrating Technology in Education. She has long term experience in coordination and implementation of EU projects, while she is the responsible for INEKA's network in South-East Europe.
Giannis Papavasileiou
Learning Management and Development
Giannis Papavasileiou holds a degree in Computer Science and a master degree in Education and Instructional Technology. His main expertise is the development and management of e-learning platforms. He is a certified adult instructor with more than 10 years of teaching experience in adult education.
Konstantinos Chonias the White
VR/AR Development, GFX and 3D Printing
Konstantinos Chonias is a member of INEKA’s IT department, responsible for the organisation’s virtual and augmented reality development. He has created its immersive educational applications, including Ocean Guard, Ancient Tech Quest and the virtual museum tours, and combines this with graphic design and 3D modelling. Currently he is also responsible for the 3-D printing lab.
Athanasios Chonias
Software Development and AI
Athanasios Chonias is an IT and software specialist supporting INEKA’s European projects through web development, systems administration and applied artificial intelligence. Alongside this he designs and ships commercial macOS and iOS applications, AI services and SaaS platforms, applying that product-engineering experience to the organisation’s digital tools and learning technologies.
Sofia Papasimou
Sofia Papasimou is an Agronomist with a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Patras, currently working as a Junior EU Project Manager at INEKA, where she contributes to the development and implementation of European-funded projects. She brings a strong international perspective and is known for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, making her an effective collaborator in multicultural and dynamic project environments.solutions across diverse projects.
