Publication of the “Manual for Companies: Employers and Staff” – PRIDE_TP Project

As part of the European project PRIDE_TP, in which INEKA participates as the Greek partner, we are pleased to present the “Manual for Companies: Employers and Staff”, a practical guide aimed at promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

The manual is addressed to employers, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), human resources professionals, recruitment managers, and employees. It provides useful guidance and practical tools for creating safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free working environments, with particular emphasis on the inclusion of transgender and non-binary people.

The publication covers key concepts and terminology, recommendations for inclusive recruitment and human resource management practices, effective communication strategies, and a ten-step methodology for implementing equality and diversity policies within organisations.

The manual builds on the resources developed through the previous G.A.T.E. – Gender Affirmation Through Entrepreneurship project. These resources have been reviewed, expanded, and updated within the framework of PRIDE_TP, incorporating research findings and practical experiences.

Through its participation in PRIDE_TP, INEKA contributes to the dissemination of knowledge and practical tools that promote equal opportunities, respect, and inclusion in the world of work.
