This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to the facilities of the Ke.Di.Vi.M and the services it provides as well as to the organization's information website.

This Privacy Policy sets out the terms and conditions adhered to by the Ke.Di.Vi.M for the protection of the privacy of our customers (trainees, trainees, beneficiaries) of those interested in information and of our staff and associates, whose personal data is processed in order to fulfill our mission as a certified Ke.Di.Vi.M. All personal data that concern you, are collected and retained for the necessary time, for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, are processed lawfully and fairly in a transparent manner in accordance with the applicable legal framework and in a manner that guarantees their integrity and confidentiality.
2. Purpose of Data Collection & Processing
We collect and use your personal data exclusively for the effective management of your relationship as well as the provision of quality & modern education and consulting services, based on your needs. In detail, the collection of data concerns:
1) Your registration and participation in vocational training and adult education programs that we implement. This includes the management of supporting documents / legal documents required by applicable legislation for NSRF, Voucher, OAED-LAEK programs and the collection of information regarding the currently certified training programs (EFET, Safety Technicians, Sprayers, etc.) and professional qualification certification schemes based on ISO/IEC 17024 (Security, salespeople, etc.). The management of the program schedule, student internships, as well as, where applicable, the examination process for certification of professional qualifications. 3) The improvement of the quality and operational operation of our educational organization and the management of our relationships with you before, during and after the educational program that interests you. It concerns the Management of customer databases, the measurement of participant and beneficiary satisfaction / questionnaires and the management of your complaints.
4) The improvement of our educational services and your information, so that we can provide programs that better meet your requirements. Within the framework of these actions, we may provide you with useful information about seminars & training programs that we implement or other promotional messages, as well as inform you about news regarding the labor market, professional orientation (by email or sms) only and if you choose it in the Registration / application or Consent Form (Registration form).
Your refusal to provide consent during the registration application process or to be informed regarding the required collection, processing, transmission of data or interconnection of files with the electronic platforms of the programs may result in the inability to provide the requested educational Services or even the unilateral suspension of the provision of Services by the educational organization, without any compensation.
