A unique experience came to an end in Italy
As part of the Erasmus+ project PRIDE TP – προγράμματος Professional Routes for Inclusion, Diversity, and Empowerment of Trans People [PRIDE TP], with project reference 2025-1-IT01-KA210-VET-000352644, we had the opportunity to participate in a training program dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and the creation of safe working environments for trans and LGBTQIA+ people. The program was implemented from May 10 to 15, 2026.
Through workshops, role-playing activities, discussions with experts, and collaboration with community organizations, we gained a deeper understanding of the challenges many people still face in the workplace and everyday life, as well as practical ways in which we can all contribute to a society built on greater respect and equality.
This program left us with valuable knowledge, meaningful reflections, new ideas, and an important reminder that acceptance, visibility, and safety in the workplace should never be considered privileges, but rights for everyone.
